)(de)(de)(de)氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)與液(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)(ti)直接接觸(chu)者,稱為(wei)(wei)接觸(chu)式(shi)(shi)(shi),其(qi)結(jie)構簡單,容(rong)量(liang)大,但(dan)液(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)(ti)中(zhong)容(rong)易混入氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti),常用(yong)于(yu)水壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)上。氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)與液(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)(ti)不(bu)(bu)接觸(chu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)稱為(wei)(wei)隔離式(shi)(shi)(shi),常用(yong)皮囊(nang)和隔膜來(lai)(lai)(lai)(lai)隔離,皮囊(nang)體(ti)(ti)(ti)積變化量(liang)大,隔膜體(ti)(ti)(ti)積變化量(liang)小(xiao)(xiao),常用(yong)于(yu)吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)脈(mo)動。重錘式(shi)(shi)(shi)容(rong)量(liang)較大,常用(yong)于(yu)軋機(ji)等系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)中(zhong),供(gong)(gong)蓄(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)(xu)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)用(yong)。

互感器又稱為儀用變壓器,是電流互感器和電壓互感器的統稱。能將高電壓變成低電壓、大電流變成小電流,用于量測或保護系統。其功能主要是將高電壓或大電流按比例變換成標準低電壓(100V)或標準小電流(5A或1A,均指額定值),以便實現測量儀表、保護設備及自動控制設備的標準化、小型化。同時互感器還可用來隔開高電壓系統,以保證人身和設備的安全。
在供電用電的線路中,電流相差從幾安到幾萬安,電壓相差從幾伏到幾百萬伏。線路中電流電壓都比較高,如直接測量是非常危險的。為便于二次儀表測量需要轉換為比較統一的電流電壓,使用互感器起到變流變壓和電氣隔離的作用。
顯示儀表大部分是指針式的電流電壓表,所以電流互感器的二次電流大多數是安培級的(如5等)。隨著時代發展,電量測量大多已經達到數字化,而計算機的采樣的信號一般為毫安級(0-5V、4-20mA等)。微型電流互感器二次電流為毫安級,主要起大互感器與采樣之間的橋梁作用。微型電流互感器稱之為“儀用電流互感器”。(“儀用電流互感器”有一層含義是在實驗室使用的多電流比精密電流互感器,一般用于擴大儀表量程。)
電(dian)流(liu)(liu)互感(gan)(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)原(yuan)理線(xian)路圖微型(xing)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)互感(gan)(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)與(yu)變壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)類似也是(shi)根據電(dian)磁感(gan)(gan)(gan)應原(yuan)理工作,變壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)變換(huan)(huan)的是(shi)電(dian)壓而微型(xing)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)互感(gan)(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)變換(huan)(huan)的是(shi)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)罷了。繞(rao)組(zu)N1接被測(ce)電(dian)流(liu)(liu),稱(cheng)為一次(ci)繞(rao)組(zu)(或原(yuan)邊(bian)繞(rao)組(zu)、初級繞(rao)組(zu));繞(rao)組(zu)N2接測(ce)量儀(yi)表,稱(cheng)為二次(ci)繞(rao)組(zu)(或副(fu)邊(bian)繞(rao)組(zu)、次(ci)級繞(rao)組(zu))。
